Returns & Refunds Policy
Change of Mind
We accept returns within 30 days for standard products that are unused and in their original condition. Return postage for change-of-mind or incorrect-model returns is paid by the customer. Products made specifically to a custom request cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Compatibility Issues
Returns are accepted within 30 days for incorrect model selection on standard products. Return postage is at the buyer's expense
Returns Process
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Items must be returned in original condition unless otherwise agreed.
