Clover & Fox Forge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any baby monitor brand. All brand names and models are referenced for compatibility purposes only.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Some products are made to order or custom designed. These items may have longer processing times and are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless faulty, as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change product pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and will contact you promptly.
Shipping
Processing and shipping timeframes are estimates only. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to postal services, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, Clover & Fox Forge is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
Safe Use & Installation
Baby monitors and mounting accessories must be installed and used in a secure position where they cannot fall or become dislodged. Monitors must not be positioned directly above a baby or in any location where they could fall into a cot, bassinet, or sleep space.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed safely, used only as intended, and checked regularly for stability, particularly after being moved or adjusted. Our products are not toys and must be kept out of reach of children. Installation and adjustment must be carried out by an adult.
Modification & Misuse
Products must not be modified, altered, forced, or used with non-compatible devices. Any modification, alteration, or use outside the intended design may affect performance and safety.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Change-of-mind returns are not required to be accepted, particularly for custom or made-to-order items.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can work with you to resolve it.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clover & Fox Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss caused by improper installation, unsafe placement, modification, or use outside the intended purpose.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in colour, finish, or texture may occur.
