Will this fit my baby monitor?

Our mounts are model-specific, not universal.

Each product is designed around specific baby monitor models listed on the product page. If your exact model is listed, it's designed to fit that monitor.

If you're not sure, send us a photo of your monitor before ordering and we'll help check compatibility.

What if my VTech model number isn't listed?

VTech uses a lot of very similar model numbers, and many of their cameras look almost identical.

Because of that, some of our mounts fit multiple VTech models even if every single model number isn't listed on the product page. If your camera looks the same but your model number isn't shown, send us a photo and we'll check it for you before you buy.

Are your mounts universal?

No — and that's intentional.

Universal mounts often rely on pressure, flexible parts or "close enough" fitment, which can lead to slipping, wobble or awkward viewing angles. Our mounts are designed for specific monitor models so they fit properly and stay put.

What if I can't find my model on your website?

If you can't see your model listed, don't guess — send us a photo and the model number if you have it.

We're always happy to check compatibility, and in some cases we may already have a suitable option even if your exact model number isn't listed yet.

Will the mount wobble or move?

Our mounts are designed to fit snugly and stay stable when used with the correct monitor model and installed as intended.

Are 3D printed mounts strong enough?

Yes. We use high-quality PLA to create sturdy, rigid mounts designed for everyday indoor use.

3D printing has come a long way, and when it's done properly it's a great way to make practical, model-specific products that hold their shape and do their job well.

Is PLA safe to use around babies?

PLA is commonly used for indoor household products and our mounts are designed for normal indoor use.

As with any baby monitor setup, always make sure the mount is positioned securely and cords are kept well out of reach.

Can I use the mount above a cot or bassinet?

Yes, as long as it's installed securely and cords are kept completely out of reach.

Always make sure the setup can't be pulled down by a child, and never position anything where it could fall into the cot or bassinet.

Do I need to drill holes?

Most of our mounts are no-drill and are designed to sit securely on shelves, cots, Snoos or furniture without wall damage.

If a product does require screws or wall mounting, that will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Can I adjust the angle?

Most of our mounts are designed with a fixed viewing angle to keep the camera stable and secure.

You can reposition the mount itself, but they're not adjustable in the same way as a flexible arm mount.

What if I order the wrong one?

If you're unsure before ordering, send us a photo and we'll help you choose the right mount.

If you've already ordered and something's not right, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help sort it out.

How long does dispatch take?

Orders are usually packed quickly and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

We generally lodge parcels on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent on the next available business day.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free for Australian orders over $40. Dispatches within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes — express shipping is available at checkout.

Within Australia, Express Post is usually 1–4 business days, but once your parcel has been lodged, delivery timeframes are controlled by Australia Post.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from South Australia.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country, and these are the buyer's responsibility.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 30 days for standard products that are unused and in their original condition. Return postage for change-of-mind or incorrect-model returns is paid by the customer. Products made specifically to a custom request cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty.

Because our mounts are model-specific, we strongly recommend checking compatibility before ordering. If you're unsure, send us a photo first and we'll confirm the right fit for you.
