About Clover & Fox Forge

Hi, we’re Riley and Mitch, the people behind Clover & Fox Forge.

Forge started in 2024 at our home in Mount Compass, South Australia, because our own baby monitor setup was driving us a bit mad. The camera never quite sat where we needed it, the parent unit was forever falling over, and after bedtime we really didn’t have the patience for one more annoying little problem.

So Mitch did what he usually does when something isn’t working the way it should: opened up CAD and designed a fix. We printed it at home, it worked, and then other parents started asking if they could get one too. That was basically the start of Clover & Fox Forge.

Mitch handles the design and engineering side. He has a Masters in Mechatronics Engineering and has been working with 3D printing for well over a decade. I’m Riley, and I look after the website, customer support and all the day-to-day bits that keep the business moving.

Most of our products still start the same way that first one did: with a real problem, usually something small but frustrating, and a “surely there has to be a better way to do this” conversation at home.

We started with one 3D printer and now have 9 and counting, which still feels a little ridiculous when we stop and think about it. Everything is still designed, printed, checked and packed by us here in Mount Compass.

One of the best parts of all of this is knowing that something we made to make life a little easier in our own home is now doing the same thing for other families.
