Our Story

Clover & Fox Forge started in 2024 in our home in Mount Compass, on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia, after getting annoyed at our own baby monitor setup.

Like a lot of parents, we had a camera that never quite sat where we wanted it, a parent unit that kept falling over, and not a lot of patience left after bedtime. So Mitch designed a fix for our own setup and printed it at home.

Then other parents started asking for one too, and it sort of snowballed from there.

Mitch is the design/engineering half of Clover & Fox Forge. He has a Masters in Mechatronics Engineering, has spent years working with 3D printing and 3D scanning technology, and has been into 3D printing for well over a decade. I’m Riley, I handle the online business side, customer support, and most of the “surely there’s a better way to do this” thinking behind the scenes.

We started with one printer at home. Now we’ve got 9 and counting, and everything is still designed, printed and packed by us in Mount Compass. Keeping manufacturing in Australia matters to us, and so does making products that are actually useful in real homes, not just nice in theory.
