This adapter adds a standard 1/4 inch thread to the CuboAi Smart Baby Monitor 3 camera, so it can attach to tripods, flexible arms, clamp mounts and other standard camera mounts.

IMPORTANT: CuboAi feature limitations 

This is a mechanical mounting adapter only. It is not a CuboAi stand and does not recreate the electronic/sensor connection built into CuboAi's original mounting hardware.

If retaining CuboAi's full crib AI and sleep features is important to you, do not use this adapter in place of the original CuboAi stand.

When the camera is used on this adapter, treat the following stand-dependent features as unavailable:

FEATURES UNAVAILABLE WHEN CONNECTED TO MOUNT:

  • Covered-Face & Rollover Detection
  • Nighttime and daytime Sleep Reports
  • Auto Photo/Video Capture that requires the supported crib/floor/wall stand setup
  • Temperature and humidity readings from CuboAi's mounting sensor
  • Other features that specifically require CuboAi's original stand or U-shaped mounting hardware

True Cry Detection: CuboAi documents this separately and does not list the U-shaped stand as a requirement. It can still be used when enabled and the camera is otherwise operating normally.
